General Campout Info

Twice a year we visit beautiful Camp Kern near Fort Ancient.  We stay in the cabins in the main camp and have an awesome weekend of fun activities and great food… at least the food we make ourselves is great!

All members should sign up and pay for campout at the South YMCA in Kettering.  Also all members should be registered for the program for the year as well.  The YMCA will be asking each member about this when you sign up for campout.  So if you have not registered for the year you may need to pay for campout and for yearly registration at the same time.

Cost

  • Campout is $119 for father and son and $52 for additional son.
  • Annual registration is $56 for father and son and $40 for additional son.

Flashlight, Camera, Towels, Toiletries, Extra Socks & Shoes, Sleeping Bags/Blanket, Pillows, Trash Bags, Firewood, Torch Supplies, Camp Chairs, Flour Balls, Boots, Raingear, Snacks & Drinks, Vests, and Bug Spray, and whatever personal items you may want.
